bad_service.This company claims I ordered magazines through them, but I never did. Someone must have used my name as a sick joke, and had the magazines sent to a place that I worked at for only a week. I haven't been there in months, and my former employers contacted me, saying that I'm getting magazines in my name there, and that I got a bill.
I got this 'bill' on Thursday of last week, and I supposedly owe this company over $700. I called on Thursday of last week, I got an answering machine and left a message. I called Saturday, and did the same thing. I placed a complaint on their website on Monday, and called them again Monday. I called yet again on Tuesday and today, leaving the same message I've left all the other times.
NO ONE has gotten back to me. Their website claims that someone will get back to me within "24 hours", and I haven't gotten a single call. I haven't even had my credit cards for a year, I'm trying to build up credit, but I don't want my credit to be screwed up through this company. I really don't know what to do.
