Pizza Hut

So about quarter after 8 i placed and order online with Pizza Hut. I've used the online oredring brefore and its wonderful. No being put on hold, no idiot teenage slackers answering the phone that cant get you order right. Window pops up after i confirm the order informing me there will me approximately a 30 minute wait. Its now been 45 minutes and no pizza. I called them up, was put on hold, and then talked to an employee. His words, "oh i remember cutting that pizza a long time ago." So now get to look forward to a cold Pizza. I understand the wait is approximate, but sheesh i cant see it taking taht much long, espcially when i live less then a mile away.
