Dear Cingular,

What the fuck?

All right, I realise that I'm a measly Pay As You Go customer. I'm not on a contract and I only spend $15 a month on phone cards because I only use the phone for emergencies.

But dudes, seriously? Your motherfucking booklets, phone info, pamphlets and all that rubbish that came with my bloody phone clearly and specifically stated that irregardless of the phone plans I chose between, all phone calls I would make to other Cingular users would not be taken out of my existing balance.

You said it was free. Your salesperson assured me it would be free. Freeeeeeeeeeeee.

After every call I make, I'm sent a text from you guys to show how much my call cost me, and how much is left of my balance. All of my calls to other Cingular peeps show a cost of $0 with my balance remaining the same.

SO WHY THE FUCK IS IT THAT WHEN I CHECK MY BALANCE LATER, I FIND THAT YOU MOTHERFUCKERS HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE CALL?

This has happened no less than three times. The first time I thought i'd just lost track of my balance. The second time I was rather suspicious and the third time I was pissed the fuck off to high heaven and back.

Look, guys, I went with your phones because I needed a cheap phone and a cheap plan that wasn't going to screw me out of money. Hahahaha, oh man, what a laugh that was.

I've kept track of my calls and I'll be calling you chaps tomorrow morning, bright and early, so you can have a chance at crediting me back and ensuring this never happens again. Otherwise the BBB is going to hear from me, k thx. :)
