Not that any of you care. You just want your money. But let me break this down for ya, kay?

My significant other was laid off in the big technology crash of 2002. Between that job and the time he got his next one, he ate up his savings.

At his next job, the owner took $12,000,000 and relocated himself to El Salvador. Result? Laid off again. This ate up his entire line of credit.

He got another job. 10 months later, work got slow and guess what? He was laid off AGAIN because he was the best and therefore the most expensive to keep on board.

Tired of the constant lay-offs and bullshit associated with it, we started our own business and while it's profitiable, it barely covers it's own bills and our living expenses/my college.

6 months ago you called him up and said "We can put you in our hardship plan and we will automatically deduct $xxx.xx from your checking account until it's paid off." Hey, cool. Fine. Whatever gets this over and done with so we no longer have to deal with it. We go through the whole thing and even get a letter of comfirmation from your office saying he was approved and "in the program.

3 months ago you called him up and said "We can put you in our hardship plan and we will automatically deduct $xxx.xx from your checking account until it's paid off." Um? What? No...we already went through this 3 months ago. We even got the letter saying everything was taken care off and "not to worry". Of course, the dipshit on the phone has no idea what we're talking about as the previous rep. took no notes and apparently did NOTHING in regards to his account despite the SO getting a letter of comfirmation. Ok...fine...someone fucked up. Whatever. It's fucking irritating and stressful, but surely you can't fuck up AGAIN. So we go through the process AGAIN and get a 2nd letter of comfirmation stating his enrollment. Awesome. It should be over with, right? Right?

Obviously, his explosion of anger and vulgarity were extremely warranted when one considers that this has gone on for 6 months and this is the 3rd person to call saying that he isn't in the plan and so far no action has been taken against his account. Nothing. Nathan. Nada. And lo-and-behold our lovely phone-bimbo has no idea what is going on, no record is on his account and the previous rep took no notes despite telling us that he had. And now we have this skank rambling on and on about payments and shit while saying "Well, I'll put you in the plan for you". Um...sorry bitch, thats what the last two brainless asshats said and so far: NOTHING HAS FUCKING HAPPENED. What makes you think your airheaded voice is going to offer forth any comfort whatsoever? You people suck at putting people into these "plans".

It's stressful enough being in debt with all the shit he has to deal with and you fuckwads can't get your fucking shit together and get him into this goddamned plan in order to fix it. You keep saying the previous rep did nothing, nothing was processed depsite us getting these "miracle letters" (since no one knows where they've come from and they must have just formed out of thin air). This is some serious BULLSHIT.

Seriously. Get your goddamned heads out of your mother-fucking asses and get this shit processed. 1 fuck up I can tolerate. 2 fuck ups? Hell no. Straighten out your shit and hire some intelligent fucking reps who know how to do their job. You will actually collect your money when, ya know...you actually PUT HIM IN THIS FUCKING PLAN.
