The thing is, I went into the salon today for my usual 8 minute session, and there is a big sign up on the wall informing clients that the salon is closing on September 1st and we all have to use up our pre-booked minutes by then as they won't be giving refunds.
WTF?
I paid in advance a few months ago for 250 minutes tanning time, I still have like 130 minutes left, so unless I start having loads of tanning sessions over the next four weeks (which I don't really want to do) I'm going to be out of pocket when they close.
How is this right... and can they actually legally do this?
