Mystery Shoppers

Ever wish that you were a mystery shopper so that you could complain about the service and actually be taken seriously? I do. I feel bad for this one girl up front at McDonald's yesterday. She was waiting on people alone and seemed to be working with a bunch of idiots. At one point she was taking an order and the fry timer went off. Instead of helping her out, the 5 people behind the pack line just stood their joking around about the fries burning. Finally someone who was taking a drive-thru order went and got the fries while the 5 idiots just laughed about it... I feel bad for not only the customers, but the poor employees who have to deal with them.
