startled Bus Driver Throws Complaining Passenger into Traffic
Driver grabbed a 52-year-old woman by the hair, knocked her head into a poll, opened the doors and threw her out into traffic. She suffered a broken shoulder. Apparently, she had yelled at him for missing her stop, which he said was due to a detour.
Okay, she may have been a sucky customer, but although we all fantasize about that sort of thing now and then, it's pretty bad service to actually act on them.
