Bad_service or Customer suckage?

I don't understand the mentality of younger people in the service industry these days.

There is a post over at customers_suck where the OP refers to the customers as "Bastards" because the store opened 5 minutes late and the customers had the NERVE to complain. She wishes them a sucky Christmas because she was eating breakfast...hence the store being opened late.

I pointed out that it was more like bad_service rather then cusomer suckage because a store should be opened at the posted times. The response is laughable at how I'm in the wrong because an employee is well within their rights to open a store late. It is the customers fault for lack of planning on their part and being at the store before it opens. Great big WTF there! All I can say is that these people are lucky they don't work for me...their asses would be fired so fast! Part of the problem is that management does not give the employees a break...again that's the customers fault.

Edit: Yeah I know....I got alot of flack so far for even bringing this up. T'is ok though, everyone is entitled to their opinions so let it fly. But I just wanted to point out that I wouldn't fire someone for being late unless it became a obvious problem.
