Turns out it's too late (by about 5 days, argh) to go through the paypal resolutions, and ebay requires a $25 minimum for their refund policy. So, I called the company and suprise suprise, they screen their calls. I left a message with my name, phone number, and ebay auction id. I guess we'll see if they call me back, ever.
