I ordered food TWO AND A HALF HOURS AGO from a wings place near my school and haven't even recieved a call from the place telling me where my food was. So I just called and cancelled the order, no apology and no attempt to keep my business.
I understand it's finals week and they probably have a billion orders, but two and a half hours without even a call to tell customers things are incredibly backed up? Fuuuuuuuck that.
And no, I am not exaggerating. It has been literally two and one half hours.
