wow.

I was going to complain about how the Au Bon Pain near me never has any pens lying around their counter, so I have to spend 5 minutes rummaging through my bag every morning in order to sign my debit card receipt.

But that link to the camera-buying nightmare, the poor guy/girl with the letter opened by mail staff, and the two apartment horror stories below kind of put that in perspective. :-P
