Too Funny!

I have to post this link to a Customers_Suck post. It's a clear example of bad service due not to an employee's outright incompetence but rather due to the employees (and apparently management) not having a clue about how a promotion their company is running is supposed to work.

The ironic part is that the employee is calling the customer an idiot for not understanding the stores policies regarding the promotion when in reality the customer understands the promotion better than any employee or manager in the store!
