I go in and the lady there is being a bitch, some guy wanted a hitch checked and she stomped out after him glanced at it and sent him over to pick up his thing. She gets on the walky talkie and snaps at her co-worker (I missed his name so i'm makeing one up)
Bitch:"John guy out fron, has a hitch, hook it up"
John "What kind of hitch a *some hitch here*"
Bitch eyerolls "a *other kind* just hook him up already"
She then picks up the phone and snaps at the guy "we have no out of state trucks, no you would have to bring my track back here" in a snobb tone and after going back and forth offering no help at all, and being rude I think the guy hung up on her.
I approch and ask her "did you just say you have no out of town trucks?"
Bitch "yes i'm all out, why where you going?"
I "*TOWN in WI* Wi"
Bitch "well all i have is a 27'"
I "what one is that? I was looking for a small one..."
Bitch "biggest one we have!"
I "er oh.. know if anyone around here might have a out of town truck?"
Bitch "No, grab a phone book and just start calling"

Keep in mind I'm shy and quiet, her being snooty at me and lookg down at me made me shy back more and just give up. So I called another place and they had me call a number, then I got sent on to someone that was going to find a truck for me (no bad service! egad!). 30 mins they'd tell me where to pick it up, well 45 mins later (I was getting a tad annoyed again) I get a call! I truck is ready for me, when would I like it? Well sire i'll be right out, um where would I be picking it up? Blaine? but there are 3 stores in blaine... oh ok thanks for the adress.

It was not like I picked that place and someone drove one over. It was a 'we will call you with where a truck of that size is avalibe and you go to that location and get it"

Heads almost rolled when I got there, but bitch lady was no where in sight, thank god.
So now, I have my truck at least.
