I just got a call from a Customer Service Supervisor (yep, on a Saturday morning!). He said that they're told to put the paper in the box on the house, not toss it on the sidewalk. Apparently my delivery person is off till Tuesday, but he is going to show her the email. Till then, we have a substitute person.
Wanna guess where my paper was this morning?
In the box, on the house...not wrapped in plastic. (apparently they aren't supposed to do that if it's in the box, unless it's raining or bad weather)
Any more delivery issues, and I'm calling the guy back.
