OT..sorry.

I thought I found a place where I could vent/bitch about experiences I had in the customer service sector. I had no idea my thoughts would cause such a brouhaha! I'm not a troll or a flamer and my post was taken so far out of context that it became laughable.....then sad.
The point was that I thought I had gotten bad service.... was that not the point of this community? I'm now not sure what warrents an adequate post here....I think I'll just have to sit back for a while before posting here again.
