Thank you for contacting us regarding our shipping policy.
Apparently, you misunderstand the term "Shipped". The "Shipped" date you see in your online Order History is the date your order request is sent to our warehouse for processing. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible (usually within three to five business days). There can be occasional,
unavoidable delays which may interrupt processing for a short period of time; however, these instances are rare.
For all online orders, we send you a shipment confirmation via email that accurately reflects the date your order leaves our warehouse.
We hope this information has been helpful. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

No BMG, you misunderstand the meaning of "shipped". Shipped means that my music is in a box and that box is in the mail on its way to me. Stuck in a warehouse for processing?! You just spent the two days prior to the "shipped" date processing! What were you processing then? The request for further processing? Help me out here. Here's a piece of advice BMG, consult a dictionary.
This order was placed July 30. The shipping e-mail I got on the 9th of August. An order I placed a day prior has yet to ship. I am awaiting a response from BMG about it.
