With that said, I have asked the same agency REPEATEDLY to REMOVE my name from their list. I do not know the person, nor do I know their number. That's what 411 is for.
To come back and say that this is the number that THEY gave to you when they talked to them last week is LAME.
New York State and other states have a do-not-call registry, but this doesn't appear to qualify for that.
I am again, going through daytime minutes while their people can't get an obviously irate customer the freedom from something they have nothing to do with.
Any suggestions on future ways of handling this??
