She has a china set which is discontinued, and awhile back, she accidentally ruined one of her pieces, causing it to have brown stains. (The stains went all the way through, so they're unremovable. I think the glaze cracked.)
For her birthday, I wanted to buy her a new piece.
I researched it on the internet, and found that some places said the piece they were selling was from her set, and it didn't quite match. After a lot of searching, I finally found it, and placed the order.
This was on Monday, the 11th.
There were a variety of shipping offers, and I picked 3-5 days, figuring that would be more than enough.
I get an email:

Tracking link
I'm a bit unhappy with this, as I wanted it for Thursday, but hey, maybe some miracle will happen and it'll turn into overnight. =P I click the tracking link and behold, no information.
I email to ask about it and I'm told to check tonight, Wednesday night, as it actually hasn't been picked up yet.
I checked.
Still no tracking information. It's not in their system at all.
I'm *really* disappointed. At this point, it's looking like some time next week, if they actually get around to sending it.
I'd like to convey that with them, but I'm afraid I'll come off sounding really nasty. =\ And I dunno, I feel partially responsible too, I guess.
I feel really rotten too, as everybody else in my family has given her something, and I'm the only one who doesn't have my gift here.
