Short and stupid: my husband ordered a PS4. It was set to arrive today with a signature, and we didn't get home till late, so we logged on to set a hold till Monday.

Well, not only was it delivered and left on our front step, but it was signed for by.... Not us. Despite the tracker claiming otherwise.

Oh, and the box is also missing a controller. Which is a problem with either Sony or the website, but that's a separate suck.

Edit: when I say missing a controller, I mean there was none. Zero controller.
