Comcast woes


My roommate and I share the internet in our apartment. Since she moved in first, it is set up to debit directly from her bank account, and then I pay her my half. This month, the money was taken out of her account as usual.

Only, for the past 3 days, the internet has not been working. On Monday, we were getting a page that told us that we had not paid and our internet had been disconnected. So she called them when she got home from work since her account showed that it had been debited. They said it was sorted out. And yet, for the past two days we've still been getting that same message on and off. Sometimes the internet will work, sometimes we'll get the message saying we've been disconnected for failure to pay. She called again yesterday and was told there did not seem to be anything wrong with their account.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. It seems to be working right now, but just an hour ago it wasn't working.
