Guys, I've been wavering back and forth about whether or not this really counts as bad service, but I decided to post. Please let me know if you don't think this qualifies. I went to tool shop today to pick up a chainsaw my dad has serviced. I walked into the store, and there were two clerks talking to people. Assuming they were busy with customers I stood quietly and waited. Then one of the people I assumed was a customer turned around, and I realized it was another employee. I wish the two employees had stopped talking when I came in, but that's not a huge deal. Then the guy behind the counter looked at me. I walked up to the counter and he had a bored look on his face. He said in a flat tone, "Yeah, what do you want?" I was a bit taken aback by his tone, but I told him what I needed. The rest of the transaction went just fine, but the way he greeted me rubbed me the wrong way. What do you guys think? Bad service or am I being too picky?
