A slight annoyance. I've been really excited to see the Doctor Who Day of the Doctor event in the theater. Found out it was playing in the theater near me. I went to the website yesterday, when tickets were supposed to be on sale, and they were not yet available for my theater. So I signed up for alerts.

I didn't get any alerts yesterday. I was warned this morning from someone that people weren't actually getting any alerts. So I went to the website and of course, the tickets were sold out for both my theater and the other one near me.

If you are going to offer alerts, shouldn't you actually send them out?
