Where to go from here?

I purchased a LivingSocial deal from Digital 007. I paid for international shipping, because I was in Canada. After over a month of waiting for my item to be shipped, I contacted Digital 007 regarding the status of my item, and they informed me that they do not actually ship to British Columbia. I'm incredibly annoyed at this, because nowhere was it indicated that they did not ship to British Columbia - I paid for shipping to Canada and input my British Columbian address with no issues. I've requested a refund for the shipping and am currently waiting to hear back from them.

After I expressed my frustration with this situation, they sent me this message:

I will notify Living Social to issue a refund or you can call 903.454.3141 and press 0.

Before that, however, I took it upon myself to email Living Social. I emailed them, explained my situation and requested a refund to my credit card. This is where things get a little sticky. They offered me a credit to my Living Social account, which I do not want. There was never any indication I could not redeem this deal, and Digital 007 lead me to believe I could have my item shipped to Canada. I refused their offer and asked for a refund, again, to my credit card.

They sent me back this email:

Hi Rachel,

After reviewing your account we were able to determine that this was a US Nationwide deal not run in Canada, and in conjunction with this being a US deal the purchase was made in US dollars. We are reiterating our out-of-policy courtesy Deal Bucks offer. To accept this refund, please reply to this email to let us know, and we'll be happy to credit your account with Deal Bucks equal to the paid value of your voucher.

If you still have questions, please reply to this email. We're happy to help.

I went back and looked at the deal, but there (again) wasn't any indication that it was only available in the US, and (again) Digital 007 claimed to ship to Canada:

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

I've emailed them back to explain this and reiterate my request for a refund, but I'm sure they'll refuse.

All I can find in Living Social's TOS about US-only deals is this:

The Site can be accessed from countries around the world. You understand that some or all LivingSocial Products provided on the Site may not be available for purchase to persons residing in certain jurisdictions or geographic areas. LivingSocial reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude or otherwise limit the provision of a LivingSocial Product to a person residing in any jurisdiction or geographical area. LivingSocial does not represent or warrant that any LivingSocial Product promoted on the Site will be available for purchase by any particular person.

What can I do at this point? Should I just wait and see if Digital 007 contacts Living Social for me? Their customer relations are a little bit sketchy, but I can't afford to call them (long distance).
