Bad service turned possibly good

Last summer I injured my back and had to do physical therapy. My insurance required it to be an injury and had me fill out a form. Which I did. Multiple times. They kept losing it and refusing to pay. And refusing to pay. And I've been calling them and calling them. And supposedly they finally were going to pay it.

Only, this past week I got a call from the physical therapist's office saying they hadn't paid. So I called. Turns out the insurance had been having financial difficulties and has been bought out.

The only thing I can surmise from this is that they were fighting me either because of their difficulties or because they knew that they'd be out of business in a few months.

Anyway, the new insurance said to have the physical therapist file with them. I may have to fill out more forms with them, but at least hopefully it will all work out. Of course, they likely won't pay the massive late fees that have no accrued.
