Bad Taxi Service

What follows is the review that I am going to post on Yelp.com in regards to Baker's Transportation, the only cab service in the county I live in. I'm trying to be fair in regards to their positives, but after today's debacle which is mentioned below..? I'm wondering if perhaps I should be a bit harsher, or if I should keep things as they are-- or, Hell, if I should post it at all. Am I overreacting?

(Edited for spacing and display errors.)

[Yelp.com review is right here!]

If Baker's wasn't the only outfit in town, they would have been out of business a long, long time ago.

It's not a matter of the wait-- with limited cars, that's something to plan for and expect. The issue comes with how dishonest and incompetent the primary dispatcher is. She'll say it'll only be twenty minutes, and more than two hours time will pass... and with every call asking after the cab (I usually wait for twice the time she gave me, plus a few minutes besides), she'll tell the same exact lie. The other dispatchers which are around only occasionally are more honest, although reaching one of them is a rarity.

There's also the matter of how scheduling a cab for a time well in advance is a craps shoot erring on the side of not being in the customer's favor. Take today, when my fiance very nearly was late to work on account of the cab not showing up until twelve minutes before he had to be there-- and it's more than a ten-minute drive. Had the cab been there when he requested it, then he would have had ample time to get to work. Thanks directly to the cab being significantly late, however, he almost lost his job due to being late.

To be fair, the cabbies themselves are nice people that are willing to do what they can to make up for the shortcomings of the dispatcher... but there's only so much that they CAN do, and I for one refuse to punish them for the actions of someone that should have been fired after all of the complaints that have been leveled against her by myself and numerous others. However, since they have no competition, they can essentially tell their clientele to go to Hell without much consequence. I personally cannot wait until my fiance and I are done saving up for a car so that we no longer have to deal with these people.

SON OF EDIT: Thanks for the feedback, folks! Here's my edited review. I think this is more concise and less.. temper-driven? Yes, that works.

[Here's the revised review!]

The other dispatchers which are around only occasionally will do what they can to get a more accurate idea, although reaching one of them is a rarity.

There's also the matter of how scheduling a cab for a time well in advance is a craps shoot erring on the side of not being in the customer's favor. Take today, when my fiance very nearly was late to work on account of the cab not showing up on time. He called at 7:00 this morning to schedule a pick up at 10:00 AM-- and when he called at 9:30 AM to confirm, he was told everything was on schedule. Had the cab shown up when it was supposed to, he would have had ample time to get to work. However, the cab didn't show up until 10:18-- which meant that my fiance very nearly was late to work, clocking in at 10:29:59. He only made it on time on the grace of the traffic lights; had they not been in his favor, then he would have been fired.
