Bad Service from University

Well, my school just failed today.

So, it turns out the idiots in our billing department didn't put my meal plan through for this semester. So, I go to get lunch before class only to discover there are no meals on my ID card. I go to ID services, who say I need to talk to financial aid. I call them and spend half an hour on hold (and am hung up on twice) only to be told I need to talk to billing.

So, I spend another 15 minutes on hold before speaking to someone who did not know what she was talking about. She told me at first that I was signed up. I asked her to look again and she then realized that I wasn't. Then she spent several minutes tinkering around trying to figure out what to do. She finally told me that I was now signed up.

Of course, my rollover meals from last semester are now lost and there is nothing she can do about that. Also, the plan won't go through until at least tomorrow. And we'll see if it actually goes through. I somehow have my doubts. If they try to charge me double, I will find someone higher up to talk to. I am not happy.
