I sent an email to them informing them of the issue (I'd done that before posting here earlier) and said I'd be more than happy to send them pictures of the damage for verification. They apologized, didn't bother asking for the pictures, and offered me a full refund AND told me I could keep the product. I accepted the refund (just in case there IS any damage and I have to buy a replacement) and told them I'd send them the pictures if they wanted to see them upon request.
This is EXCELLENT customer service and I'll definitely be giving them a good review. :D
