Quick Verizon suck

Dear Verizon Fios phone rep,
I recognize it is around dinner time on Thanksgiving and you probably don't want to be at work. I just got off myself so I understand but please don't tell me you can't do anything with out an activation number. The person I just got disconnected with got half way through setting up my new cable box with out it and the rep I spoke with after you (I called back because I knew you were full of it) got me set up with little problem. Thanks for nothing - bliss
