Not sure if this is Bad Service or Customer Suck but...

I was supposed to go in with my sister to have my eyebrows waxed. Thing is that I started my monthly a few days ago and my skin gets extra sensitive so that I have to skip the waxing for that week. I thought it wouldn't be a problem to not go in because my sister was going anyways and mine only takes like five minutes. No biggie, right? Well I guess the waxist we go to got royally pissed off that I wasn't there. She went on and on about it while she did my sister's face and said that if I did it again she'd refuse to see me in the future.

Now, don't get me wrong. I get that I broke my end of the deal by not being responsible and calling to cancel. But isn't this a bit of an over-reaction? To be honest, while she's good at what she does, it usually comes with an attitude. She's the one we saw that one time at the place she worked at before where she spent the entire time saying how dirty the place was and how her new salon (the one she's in now) was going to be so much nicer and she continually talked shit about her boss. Plus last time we were there I went in and she started laughing at my mom, and not in a nice playful way either. The only reason we keep going back is because she gives us a $10 discount since we go in weekly.

So what do you guys think? Is this BS or CS? Maybe even both? I really can't tell and I'm trying to decide what I should do.
