Now, don't get me wrong. I get that I broke my end of the deal by not being responsible and calling to cancel. But isn't this a bit of an over-reaction? To be honest, while she's good at what she does, it usually comes with an attitude. She's the one we saw that one time at the place she worked at before where she spent the entire time saying how dirty the place was and how her new salon (the one she's in now) was going to be so much nicer and she continually talked shit about her boss. Plus last time we were there I went in and she started laughing at my mom, and not in a nice playful way either. The only reason we keep going back is because she gives us a $10 discount since we go in weekly.
So what do you guys think? Is this BS or CS? Maybe even both? I really can't tell and I'm trying to decide what I should do.
