This is an update on this post.
I received a letter from Tudor's Biscuit World Today in the mail.
Dear Ms. Burgess,
Please allow me to take this opportunity to apologize for the poor experience you encountered while visiting our Charleston's West Side location. Not only do we take great pride in the quality of our product but also in our excellent service.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please know that we value you as a customer, and hope that you will again visit one of our locations. We are very sorry for your inconvenience and trust that your next visit with us will be pleasant.
Sincerely,
Ray Burke

It came with 2 coupons for "Free Biscuit of Choice"
It seems a lot like a cookie-cutter letter to me, but I guess I am happy? I certainly won't be going back to that particular restaurant, but I won't let this experience turn me off of the whole chain.
