WaMu

So, I'm interested...why is WaMu/Washington Mutual on the "interests" list of this community? I am assuming someone on here had a bad time with them, I would be curious to find out what happened. Personally, I find that Wells Fargo has some of the worst customer service, if we're talking about banks....
