Dear Richmond Mall

I think it's time for a new Westpac ATM.
I shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove and shove my card in the slot. It goes no further than half way.
I use a different card. No difference.
I would be standing there for half an hour with an epic line behind me and I haven't even got my fucking card in.
And guess what?
This isn't even the first time this has happened!!
I've been using this exact machine since I got my first card at 16. I am now 21. Do the math. And even the first time took at least 10 mins to half and hour to put the fucking card in!

I owe someone cash and have yet to even SEE any cash.
