My mom ordered flowers from FTD for my grandmother for Mother's Day. The shipping was $20, for delivery on Friday before Mother's Day. My mom spoke with my grandmother today and she hadn't gotten anything. So my mom called FTD, and apparently, they never even attempted delivery. They're going to deliver the flowers tomorrow, and they're refunding my mom 20%, which is about half of the delivery fee. I appreciate the gesture, but really, they could at least refund the Mother's Day delivery fee, because it's now being delivered after Mother's Day.
