This is a follow up to my last post about the horrible service at Best Buy. I did actually go the day after, but I've been unable to be on the computer for more than five minutes at a time, for the longest while. Sorry for the slow!
My brother went with me the next day, and we spoke to a manager. The manager said they don't have security cameras on the cash registers, just through out the store and at the front doors. He apologized a few times, but said because there was no proof he could not give me a new gift card.
I got a bit flustered, but continued to be polite. He said that if I had have gone right away, they would have given me a new gift card, but that because I waited there wasn't anything he can do.
I just felt better knowing he would have done something. Next time anything happens, I know to go to the manager right away...or just give one card at a time so I can avoid this problem all together!
