I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger combo for myself and a Bruschetta Chicken Ciabatta combo for her.
When I got home, she looked at her sandwich and it was NOTHING like pictured. According to the Jack in the Box website and the pictures in the ads, the Bruschetta Chicken Ciabatta is supposed to have "a grilled chicken breast on a lightly toasted ciabatta bun with real provolone cheese, green leaf lettuce, mayo-onion sauce and diced tomatoes marinated in basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and Parmesan cheese."
What ended up being in the wrapper was a burger, sauce, sliced pickles, red onions, and sliced tomatoes, on a ciabatta bun. The only thing they got right was the bun and the sauce. Everything else was completely wrong. Hell, I don't even know if the sauce was correct.
I gotta know...HOW do you get something so WRONG!? I mean, it had the right bun, so obviously the guy in the kitchen knew it should have been one of their Ciabattas, but everything else was totally wrong. I'm not even sure what it was supposed to be. The best I can see is it possibly being a Jumbo Jack, but with the Ciabatta bun. I even checked the receipt to make sure it shows the correct item was ordered, and it shows the Bruschetta Ciabatta.
We'll be going in tomorrow morning to complain and demand a refund. We really don't feel like driving back there tonight. Its 1:30 AM and we're tired.
