Neovi strikes again

Neovi's fantastic customer service sent me an incredibly timely email (dripping with sarcasm here, of course) with advice in it that was followed a long time ago. I advised them of the untimeliness of the letter and advised them that I was still awaiting an explanation of how they helped themselves to my card. They claimed they weren't at fault and then went on to say that they wouldn't give ME, the CARDHOLDER, details of what they did with MY CARD!

What assholes!
