So apparently, I find out today, it wasn't a hold but a double charge; I'm still very confused as to how they charged us less than the price of the room for the room, and how it was showing up as $0 in the bank's system the other day, but at this point I don't care whose fault it was, I want it fixed.
Unfortunately, today, the bank's entire central computer system is down, so they can't fix anything for anyone until at least Monday.
Seriously. This trip is cursed. Everything remotely related to the trip falls apart into chaos.
