If anybody wants an update to this post...

TigerDirect did finally send the rest of the order--after two and a half weeks of stalling. They refused to refund shipping or even expedite the new shipment. Today my fiance received a bill for one of the already paid for parts. Now he has to argue with them about that. It never ends.

D-Link sent me a rebate check out of nowhere. I have no explanation for it. I had completely given up trying to get my money back. They still owe me $25, but this is better than nothing.
