No service more like

Telstra Big Pond. Down now for three days. I've rung twice, and all they say is
that there is an outage.

I know that. This is the reason why I am phoning, and waiting on the phone for 20 minutes at a time.

They don't seem to be able to tell me when and if our broadband service will be back on again.

I will try again today, and this time I'm demanding to talk to a supervisor. I hope they don't make us wait 3 months like they did connecting our landline.

If this is not considered bad service then I apologise in advance.
