Customer gets merchant to issue exchange to send out non-damaged camera, specifically noting that there is no item to be picked up because the customer refused it.
Driver comes with non-damaged camera and refuses to give it to customer because they're doing an exchange and therefore need to pick up an item and the customer doesn't have a camera to be picked up.
(I was actually a representative of the merchant in this case--I was the one who called the customer, got told this story, and forwarded it on to the people who can whap the driver and get him to stop doing that. But it's still funny.)
