Why is it that every time I have gone to or called up Moto-Photo, they feel the need to tell me the type of service [getting my prints/negatives developed into slides for my portfolio] I'm looking for "Is pretty expensive," without me making any mention of price? And its not just me, they told my mum that too when she called about the same service. If I wanted to know how much something is, I will ask. All I asked is if you develop slides. Don't get bitchy with me and say "Uh, I don't know what you're talking about." You work in a professional photo store. I would think you'd have some experience with photo processing. And, even if you don't (and that's understandable, I don't have previous experience with the job I'm at currently), please don't be rude about it, just say something to the effect of, "I'm not sure what exactly you're asking for, could you be a little bit more specific?"

It's as if they want to steer customers away from using Moto-Photo.

Hence why I used Walgreenes for my slide developing ;).
