I did complain to Boston Pizza via their online survey. Within about 2 weeks I had received a message from the Store Manager, asking me to call him back. Stupid me, I erased the message and couldn't remember the guy's name. I left it at that though, happy that they did receive my complaint.
I just got a letter in the mail from the same guy, offering me 2 free large pizzas, 2 free appetizers, and 2 free desserts.
Needless to say, I now WILL return to this location, knowing that customer feedback is taken into consideration.
