Not the worst thing ever, but...

I'll make this short: we're having our house painted, and today, the guys were working on the ceilings. I thought my bedroom was done already, turns out it was not. To be fair, had I known they'd be working in my bedroom, I would've taken out or covered up the important stuff. Since I didn't know, I left my laptop computer and $300 digital camera out. I just came home to find them, and my desk and dresser, speckled with flecks of white ceiling paint. I don't know whether they forgot to put tarps over them, or the tarps slipped, or what. Fortunately, neither is irreparably damaged, but jeez, guys...
