Bad Drive Thru!

Ok well I'm not too sure if this was bad service but I'm calm enough right now.

So I went to a Wendy's Drive Thru today ordered some lunch on my way home.  Everything was great, the person I ordered from was really nice.  They told me to pay at the first window, so I gave the woman my card.  I'm waiting behind another car and they get their order and start to leave, then they abruptly stop the girl was trying to shout out the drive thru woman because I think she forgot something.  So then she starts driving off and I start driving up to the second window and the woman is already sticking my drink out the window and she's not even looking in my direction, she was sticking the cup so far out the window that if I drove up anymore I'd have hit it.  I was already too close to turn more. I stopped and asked her to take the drink back in so I can drive up.  When I do drive up she's doesn't even acknowledge me she's looking away from me.  She extends the drink out I start reaching for it, I don't even get a chance to touch the cup and she lets go of the whole thing, the whole thing spills on me and in my car.  And this is what pissed me off, she started LAUGHING!  There was no sorry or nothing just laughing!  By this time I am fighting off wanting to yell at her.  I demanded napkins and to speak to her manager.  She claims that she doesn't know where she is and gives me a bag of food.  I then ask her as calmly as possible if she can at least give me another drink since she spilled the other one all over my car, and again ask where her manager is and when she will be back what her name is and even if she can give me a phone number.  The girl then says that there's a supervisor but her manager will not be back for a couple hours and she doesn't know when she will be back and refuses to give me a card.  By this time I am steaming mad I drive up park and go inside with the bag of food that she gave me.  I go in and walk to the counter and ask to speak with a manager.  Turns out a manager IS there.  The guy walks out and looks as if I'm bothering him.  I explain the situation and ask him for a refund.  The guy then starts saying that I accepted the food, I give him the bag of food and let him know all I want is my money back.  He grunts rolls his eyes and gives me a refund.  So at this point I asked him again for a GMs card or someone higher up.  He starts in on how I got what I wanted and asked why I needed the number.  So I just walked out, I hate making a scene but I did go to their website and wrote about what happened there.  So really am I justified?
I know that I'm not eating here anytime soon!
