Wal-mart prints

Has anyone ever ordered digital prints from Wal-mart or wal-mart.com? I want to but a long time ago my mom took her memory stick in to get her pictures printed and they turned out horrible. I decided to stick with Black's, but anyone in Canada knows they're CRAZY expensive. =/ I used to get my film printed at Wal-mart all the time though and they came out beautifully. It was just the digital prints. Help? =/
