Not sure if this qualifies as bad service:
This one number has called my cell phone three times in as many days. If it's once, I ignore it. If it's twice, I get pissed off. If it's three times, I'm calling back. Especially after getting woken up by my cell phone in my purse and it was just messy.
So I call and this is the message I get:
"[male voice] Hello, if you're interested in leaving your name and number, we'll be glad to put you on our no-call list! [pause][female voice]Inbox full, GOODBYE!"
Even if it's not bad service...it's bad SOMETHING>
