I'm so sick of being told (yes told not asked anymore) by MBNA Canada about they're sending me out the insurance for my credit card (I never signed up when they were asking). I've told them 8 times. Finally, the guy said, I'll make a note of it, bye, and hung up. I don't mean to be mean to them, I mean I know it's just a job to them but holy crap, how many times do I have to say NO.

They're customer service is amazing though.

Edit: I called CS and they removed me from their calling list (I didn't know they could do that). I told her I've already had great customer service, it was just the continual calling I couldn't stand. Turns out, the guy above DIDN'T make a note on my file. Sigh.
