Dear DirectTV

I am aware you want your money, I have been aware of that since I first called you to tell you there was a problem paying you (bank drama for a whole diffrent post). I have called you no less then five times to discuss this and figure out where we can go from here. Trust me, if I had the money, I would hand it to you.

I have now spoke to you ten different times (including my own calls) and hung up on you five more, STOP CALLING ME! We're at an impasse, I will pay you as soon as I am humanly able, but calling every night at eight pm WILL NOT GET ME MONEY ANY FASTER.

Every other company I deal with has been cool and let me make payment arrangements, you are the only company to screw me over (including turning on my tv service and then two weeks later shutting it off again, thanks for that, it was most amusing in my shitty month).

Note: I am not complaining about the fact I owe them nor that they want their money, I'm complaining about constant, insensate calling even when I ask them to stop.

Horrible service!!

Here is some bad service for all you folks out there...

I been working at a company for 2 1/2 years and one night at my own home I got hurt and needed stitches and staples. I went to the doctor, he patched me up and gave me pain meds.

The first thing I do is call my department boss and explain to them what happen and I'm under prescription drugs. She asked if the doc released me and I said yes but I'm on light duty. Right there she said I can't come back until I'm 100%. So, I told the doc and he put me at 100% after i missed 4 days of work.

Now my boss tells me I need paper work filled out by me and my doctor to be excused those 4 days. I did my part but the doctor said he refuses to sign it. So I got charged for not showing up for those 4 days and they fired me. I told my boss what the doctor said and my boss told me it sounds like a personal problem and there is nothing she can do.

The care unit and the company I worked for is the most horrible place as of right now. I am going to court with this. Hopefully they will learn a vaulable lesson....

Delivery shenanigans (Or, Poor Mark)

So, my little store does a booming trade around this time of year. In order to keep up with demand, our twice-weekly stock deliveries from head office have been replaced by deliveries every weekday.

Well. Supposedly.

We've been having minor problems with this courier company for a while now - deliveries being late, new delivery guys being unable to find the store, etc. When they screw up, we have to call our warehouse guy at head office. Warehouse guy is called Mark.

Also, this got LOOONG.
