After opening the case with Ebay and waiting and waiting, I contacted her again asking for my refund. She answered.

DOGONTHEROOF: SRY I THOUGHT I DID???

Me: No, I have not received a refund as of (the time and date). I will not close the case unless I get a refund, and I have no problem escalating it to support, either.

DOGONTHEROOF: OK. I gave you ANOTHER REFUND.

No, she had not.

Finally, in the last hour on the last day she issued my refund. Complete ass. She tells me she sent the product twice, and never did, and told me she issued me a refund twice before actually doing it. Lesson learned, and to be completely honest, I think I'll stick with buying the fake cheapie crap from China from now on, they've never disappointed me!
