Dear EA Customer Support,

Obviously, if what the last person told me to do didn't work, it's not going to work this time around. After uninstalling not only the base game AND all the expansion packs, thereby losing my characters and custom content, reinstalling them has not fixed my problem and I still can't access my game.

Thanks for putting me on a wait list (with a 30 minute wait time) to talk to "Live Support," where the first person I encountered put me back in the queue after asking me what my problem was. After a 15 minute wait, I managed to get to someone who provided me with a myriad of pre-written and (as I said) useless "suggestions" because I tried it and it didn't work. Besides not responding to me for a good ten minutes, I was then informed that my problem is "too complicated" and that I'll be contacted "by e-mail" from the "senior support center," and then disconnecting immediately.

It's now been two weeks and I have yet to hear anything from EA or their "senior support center."

I don't think I'll be buying any more PC games from EA.

Edit: Just went back on the chat to try and get my problem fixed, and I got ahold of someone who was completely useless and has put me back in the queue (yet again).

Edit edit: I called the tech number and got someone who was very nice, but what he suggested didn't work. I won't be buying any more games from EA.

Short Bad Service

I was buying a bunch of second-hand ps1 games the other day, and, at the checkout desk, asked if they had a copy of Ehrgeiz.  The guy serving me told me that it was called "Energize", and that it was "crap", direct quote.

....seriously?  I asked if you had it, not for your opinion.

This is why I bought Tigger's Honey Hunt from Amazon.
